Nicholas Prytherch is currently enrolled at the University of Southern California, where he is working towards his Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Change and Leadership. Prior to this, he attended the University of La Verne for his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration. In addition to his educational credentials, Nicholas completed the Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. He is a member of Kappa Delta Pi, an International Honor Society in Education, and volunteers on the Board of Directors for the Newport Beach Foundation.
Nicholas draws on his educational background while working on his professional career and has done so for years. He was the Branch Manager and Vice President of Wells Fargo Bank, Ontario, from October 2003 to January 2007, though he didn’t start off in that position. Nicholas Prytherch was promoted from a Personal Banker in the company to Assistant Manager within nine months of working there; within a year, he was the Branch Manager for his location. Nicholas received multiple performance awards during his time with Wells Fargo, Ontario, by maintaining a dynamic, inclusive, and fun work environment as both a team member and branch manager. His efforts expanded and optimized the branch’s portfolio of clients through his outstanding customer service, and Nicholas began developing his leadership skills by driving the training and development of the branch team.
After leaving Wells Fargo, Nicholas Prytherch furthered his career in the financial industry by becoming the Financial Center Manager and Vice President of Wachovia Bank, Irvine, from February 2007 to January 2009. He supervised and directed a group of 32 employees across three bank branches, using his proven leadership skills to guide them in their daily tasks and projects. During his time with Wachovia Bank, Irvine, Nicholas exceeded the projected performance goals after opening the De Novo branch and spearheaded a customer experience initiative upon being selected by the Regional President to do so. Nicholas’ dynamic personality transformed employee morale and effectiveness in several non-performing branches.
As a motivated professional, Nicholas Prytherch has put much of his time and effort into being known for his excellent service and work ethic.
